I checked my credit report for the first time with another company and found out that an account had been sent to a collections agency. So I called in to solve this problem, HOW can a human being can be that RUDE!!!! I call in to solve this problem, this is the first time i dealing with Them, they don't allow me to questions and hang up on me. I will rate them 0 star if i can
