We are new to the area. Our car would not start. Our towing insurance is with Liberty Mutual who arranged for this roadside assistance. This company came before time expected, a positive thing. The towing truck driver was polite and trouble shot the root cause of the issue to be the fuel pump rather than the alternator as we thought. We were going to have the car towed to a dealer, but the driver convinced us to have it repaired by their facility.
