I am writing because I had to close my Discover acct. due to some illegal activity on my acct., and you tried to send through your bill about 5 hours after they closed the acct. Since my only alternatives to pay my bill were to drive all the way to the main office or send you a check on my on-line banking acct, I chose to send the check. When I sent it I told you it may not arrive until the 22nd and that will be tomorrow. Since you chose to disconnect my on-line service today, I am writing to you to let you know that I am not happy with your handling of this prob
