This is a wonderful foundation. We are so grateful for their help............however..........the place they referred us to was great at first, but then had hidden charges afterwards for other services. After checking with their office on 2 separate occassions, we showed up with the cats and were hit with a 'surprise' bill. They refused to work with us and were rude in the process. I understand the law and there's nothing the vets office can do to change the law, however, there is something they can do to take responsibility for their office neglecting to i
