The receptionist is very uninformed about basic knowledge of the company. I simply called to inquire about the address to the recovery yard located in Godley. After placing me on hold for a few minutes she came back to the phone and stated "we are trying to locate the address."after several more minutes of enduring the worst mumble jumble anyone could place on their line as hold music, she proceeded to ask a bunch of questions...I politely interrupted her and stated I simply called for the address so I could drive a friend to retrieve her vehicle...she finally gave me
