HRS came to my home to replace a diverter valve on my shower. The valve was replaced but the plumber left two plastic rings off of the install that I watched him take out of the wall when he replaced the diverter valve. I told him to re-install everything as it was. He informed that I did not need those two plastic rings plus the trim and handle assembly are no where near the tile. He was very condescending with his explanation. So I called the office and spoke to Shelly (part owner) and she was going to call the plumber and call me back the next day. She has yet to cal
