Do not go here! I went in for an annual exam, which is covered by my insurance and the nurse practitioner ordered $550 of other orders when I specifically said I was only there for an annual exam and wanted nothing else. They take advantage of their patients. Believe me you do not want to go to a fraudelent company that takes advantage of their clients and have to waste countless hours on the phone with billing (I've spent 2 months) and have no one take responsibility. Make sure you don't pee in a cup because they might send it to a company for countless numbe
