I'm surprized that there are not more negative reviews on this site for RPM in Santa Rosa and, in particular, Chris who supposedly runs the place. The home we rented through RPM was in an adult, over 55, community. The owner moved out to go abroad for a year and put absolutely no work into the home before leaving. Obviously the owner and his family did not want to spend one dime on fixing the home up for renting. We were desperate to find a place to live due to a shortsale of our home and took the rental through RPM hoping that some of the basic repairs would
