I hired Hopke Sewer and Drain to come out to Waconia and clean out a P-trap in the floor drain. We called ahead of time to set up an appointment, and we were told it would cost 85 dollars. So they came out to the house, clean the trap, and told us the bill would be ONE HUNDRED and 85 dollars! I wrote out a check, knowing that this price must be wrong. We called back and the plumber was RUDE, ARROGANT, and had no intention of making the customer happy. He said the he had the check and he didn't care! SO I CANCELLED THE CHECK!
