Absolutely horrific customer service. My phone (second replacement) didn't work. Went there to see what options I had for another replacement. The sales representative insulted my wife - when she told him she paid $200 for a phone that should work, he said, "Ha! You are lucky, I paid $300 for my phone and it works!". Then he said he couldn't help us and told us to call Verizon's 1-800 number. The manger just stood there and smirked at us the whole time! A very unprofessional staff. The staff is new and it shows.
