"I signed a contract with Atlantis Painting on August 17, 2012 to stain the exterior my house in Portsmouth. It is a 1400 square foot house and could have easily been done in a week. It is not October, 28, 2012 and the job is still not done and what is done, is done so poorly that I had to get another bid from another painter. The bid was $2800 and they kept asking for more money. I feel like I have been "scammed" because the two owners of the company, John Horton and Anthony Nunes are not responding to voice messages, fax's, emails or my complain
