Due to continuous problems with the refrigerator(Pringle Realty was responsive and tried to get it fixed but it kept breaking), constant gang tagging, and someone trying to break into my house I decided to break my lease early. I spoke with Pringle Realty who was the realtor I worked with when signing the lease, to see what my options were to break the lease without penalty.
