My roommate dropped off a blouse for me at University Cleaners that had a few water stains on it that needed to be removed. After our thanksgiving break, we returned and picked up the blouse along with some other items. A few days later, I went to try the blouse on and realized that a part of it looked as if it had been shredded! The next morning I went back to the cleaners to discuss what had happened and inquire about possible reimbursement.
