if you stay here, you stay at your own risk, we have rented in this park starting in june 23rd 2008 to nov 1st. the noise is out of control, there is crime , people park there cars all over the place, including in the space you rent, rent at your own high risk, sence we have been here we have had a dog posion dead, 2 generators stolen, suv tires cut open and our RV was robbed and the manager/owner saids if you don tlike it LEAVE, there is speeding, stealing. vandalizing, and the manger dosnt care, however if you complain about it she will give you a 30 day notice, RENT AT Y
