I have been coming here for almost 2 years. This place is amazing!! Everyone here is so welcoming and always giving advice on how to improve your technique. I have definitely seen changes in body over the past year. I live in Manhattan, and even though there are kickboxing classes by me, I love the environment here...As side note, I have taken other kickboxing class which is joke compared to here. I also like that it is not a traditional kickboxing class, they add lot cross fit as well as martial art moves to the class
