Every so often I get sort of a mild sciatic feeling pain from my lower back down my right leg. When it comes on, everything seems to aggravate a bit. Driving is uncomfortable; sleeping is difficult to find a position that I can fall asleep. I stopped in and saw Sally. She made some suggestions for what to try: deep tissue; hot stones.
