Beware!!! - 2.5 weeks ago he cashed my depoit then was a no-show for the job. I called him. The next day he was a no show again. Later he stated that he didn't want to do the job. We had a signed contract. He fails to return my calls or texts. He did text that he'd mail my 50% deposit back to me, this was nine days ago. He failed to meet me to deliver my deposit back to me.
