I hope this helps someone not go through what I went through with this company. I just wanted them to do a leak detection on a slab leak in my house and I made that clear over the phone before hand. They said they would charge a $250 flat rate to find the leak, and I agreed with that amount. Two gentlemen came in to the house. The main owner of the company was wearing sandals with socks which I found kind of odd, but who am I to judge. I guess I was expecting work boots or something. Anyway, they said they would be there between 9-11 and they showed up around 1
