I lived at the Broadcast Center 08-09, and I had the worst experience. I warn you: do not move there. The management is horrible, unresponsive, and rude. They randomly add extra fees to your rent, and they tried to take my security deposit even though my apartment was spotless when I left. I've subsequently heard the same thing from many former tenants. The public amenities break constantly, and it takes months for anything to get fixed.
