Manager does not take care of grounds, takes many phones calls to manager and then written requests to management office to get results for problems. Grounds are not kept at best, not enough parking spaces for all tenants, holes in lawn, tree limbs and other obsticles in walkways just to name a few problems. Advertises as an "Adult Complex" which is against housing laws.
