Randall Payne, the owner of Expert Piano Tuning & Restoration brought my piano back to life! The piano was my great-grandmothers, a Schaff upright from early 1900. The piano hadn't been tuned in 40 years and had been moved cross country It sounded pretty awful! Randall agreed to take on the project, letting me know that he couldn't promise perfection. He gently took the piano apart, removing the action to take with him to his shop. He reshaped all the hammers, replaced all the bridal straps, repaired a few missing key laminates and did a full tuning
