Located in Edgewood, I provide East Mountain residents the opportunity to recover from pain, relax and unwind in close to home, without having to enter the hustle and bustle of the big city. The goal at 4 Essential Balance is to assist and support the natural healing process of the body. I provide a tranquil, calming and professional environment close to home, where my clients feel safe to release their tensions. Through the use of soft tissue manipulation and gentle stretching, I help my clients relax their muscles so the muscles can repair and heal from daily stress, as well as, from recent or chronic injury. The soothing techniques I employ also relieve stress from the body and mind, calming the emotions. The body Salt Glow and Paraffin hand treatment helps soothe and soften skin, and help to replenish dry and damaged skin caused by our area's harsh winds and arid environment.
