I usually bring my schnauzer/sheltie mix Casey to a pet store for grooming. She was in dire need of a day at the spa and they were completely booked. I found Fresh Look Grooming online and they were located close to my work so I gave them a call. Jessie was very professional on the phone and even though she had a booked solid day herself she was able to fit me in. When I pulled up to the house I was already impressed.
