I run an outpatient drug rehab program in southern California. We get people that need more help than just counseling. I recommend some people to get an alcohol detox at 855-YES-REHAB before coming to the program. They have the best staff in southern California. When people come back to the program, they are clear minded and ready to get help. I recommend it to anyone that is trying to kick the habit on their own but find it too difficult.
