Thanks to Kathryn, my tense muscles feel amazing relief. While therapeutic massage is at times uncomfortable (even painful), being able to get my calves and feet to finally lengthen out and relax was worth its weight in gold. I like that Kathryn isn't afraid to use pressure and keeps up a steady stream of conversation in order to distract from the sometimes painful pressure-releasing manipulations. I felt 100 lbs lighter walking out of the office after 1 hour.
