- Pickup and delivery of any or all bar supplies is also available at the rate of $22.50 per hour per staff member. (Having more than one staff member can actually cut our time by 2/3 and save you money. ) Bartenders Extraordinaire serves the greater Seattle area if you pay in cash we will give you 10% off. There will be a $15.00 charge on all credit card processes. As part of our service we provide all of our own bar equipment at no additional charge including but not limited to martini shakers pour spouts store n pours muddlers bar spoons and is willing to travel up to 25 miles at no additional charge. Gas rates and travel expenses will apply outside this range. Hourly rates may apply for travel over 50 miles. No place is too far! We understand in todays economy money is tight. My husband and I used Bartenders Extraordinaire at our wedding 17 years ago and also 7 years ago on our 10th anniversary dinner party...We had the same bartender for both events and everything was wonderful...They pulled it all together and made both parties a success...Whomever hires them will not be disappointed and we will be booking them for our twentieth in a few years.
