Review

We came up to Truckee on a Friday afternoon and had no water. It was a three day holiday and we either had to go back to the Bay area or tough it out because no hotel rooms were available. John told us he'd rearrange some of his non-emergency appointments to take of us. Turns out we had some frozen pipes which he thawed and he also fixed a leak. We had running water again that night and really appreciate the fast and efficient service especially since we had guests with us. Thanks!!
