Very professional. My pool did not look good at all... Called Splash X Pools and they came to look at my pool. Jim was very professional and helpful. He explained what was going on and why. I then received an email with a written estimate of costs. I had the filter repaired and the pool back to blue at exactly the quoted cost. No surprises or hidden fees. Am now using them for my weekly service and love them! Very reliable and reasonably priced.
