I contacted Lou by email to request an inspection of our new roof. We were not pleased with the quality of work our roofer performed. Lou emailed me back for the roof inspection. He asked for my home address so that he would verify the roofer pulled the appropriate permits. We scheduled a day and time to meet at my house. Lou was early actually and assessed our roof as requested. He was so wonderful, that he didn't charge us for the inspection because he did not find anything wrong with the work done our roof.
