- We Teach Adults and Children: Our offerings include Traditional Okinawan Goju-ryu Karate & Kobudo (traditional weapons arts) Tuite & Tegumi (karates versions of grappling with a limited amount of ground work) Kiko (traditional energy work) and have a Martial Fitness Program. All our kids programs are age appropriate and we have a pre-karate program for ages 4 thru 6.
