I made an appointment with Splash Pool Spas & Stove to fix an issue I had with a stove they installed. I took a day off work to accommodate the appointment as I was told they were unable to give me a time window and would show up sometime during business hours. At around 2:30PM, I called to inquire as to what time they may be coming. The person who answered the phone stated, "Oh, I forgot to call and tell you that he went on vacation."
