Very Expensive!!! Service guy was nice but kept 'pushing' me to get estimate on 10yr old furnace when all I wanted was a cleaning. I basically paid over $100.00 for this guy to have a conversation with me about something i didn't want. No sooner did he figure out I wasn't buying a furnace, and the 'cleaning' was done in 10 minutes. I can't honestly say I was impressed for a company that's been around for so long and for the money I spent, I was certainly hoping for a whole lot more. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
