Terrible place to go and the worse customer service possible. I was there Sunday and I got 2 phones, an Apple iPhone 4 and a Samsung Gusto 2. The Gusto 2 phone is defective and after calling Verizon I was told that for 14 days I could get another phone they said it would be easier to go to the store. The phone I bought has to be ordered so it could be a week and the store won't give refund or exchange for another brand or type of phone so I have to continue to use a defective phone, this after being with Verizon before they even became Verizon (was Houston Cellular%
