I went to M and J Bridal Boutique in order to buy a dress for my teenage daughter. My 3 year-old daughter was playing peacefully on the floor with a plastic baby doll. The female store owner got angry and rudely stated that "we should buy it if we break it". I lifted up my scarred child and wrapped my arms around her. She then displaced her anger at me and asked me to walk away from the area where some merchandise was displayed for sale. I told her that she had poor customer service manners.
