i called bella vista pools for a project on one of my vacation rental home in anaheim. The appointment was for 2 pm and the "technician " showed up at 2:30. I was at another vacation rental at the time and i told him i will be there in 2 minutes. when i arrived he just left and didn't answer his phone anymore. He thought that if anaheim neighbor hood is not million dollar homes we don't know that the project will cost easy over $70k.
