Have a side by side refrigerator by Fridgedaire. The office manager was helpful getting me scheduled promptly, the technicians came at knew exactly how to fix my defrost system. They did not over charge me, and had the parts with them. My food did not spoil. After the service, I was followed up to make sure all went well, and was mailed a 15% off coupon later. That I shared with my neighbor whose washer stopped spinning. A local company, family owned and excellent service.
