nice guy, knows his stuff but his repairs will VOID your warranty, that also includes apple care. call apple first to see if your in warranty, if not apple repairs are cheaper and use real apple parts and a certified technician. I called for a iPhone's 4s power button repair, jaspers wanted $100 for parts and labor. went to apple store paid $45 and got a certified repair. I saved money and got it done, save money and go to APPLE.
