My wife and I purchased a home in Bethlehem in June of 2010 that was in need of extensive renovations. We were referred to Ryan Davis Construction. We met with Ryan Strohm on many occasions to go over the plans for renovating our home. Ryan and his business partner wrote a contract that included specific dates when work would be completed and when payments would be due.
