Poor service received at the Allen Texas location on 4/17/14. Attempted to return purchased product with my original receipt -- required physical credit card to accompany receipt %u2013 I did not have the physical credit card (spouse had credit card at the time), no refund allowed %u2013 no cash or credit to another card (a policy not published/displayed). Disappointed I made the 40 minute round trip for nothing. I will not continue my patronage of this company %u2013 (not that my $$ have a huge impact, but every penny counts).
