I had a horrible experience with AMS Investigations. After taking the check for my retainer from me, this PI was not responsive to my phone calls, emails, and TEXTs. He either ignored or rejected my surveillance requests every time I asked. Being frustrated, I cancelled the service from AMS Investigations. However, I couldn't get my money back. After requesting many times, he finally sent me an invoice with mostly fabricated services charges. I disputed the questionable charges item by item with supporting documents. He refused to look into those fraudul
