An awful building run by miserable, incompetent and low-class people (starting at the very top with Charles Eberly). My kitchen sink exploded my very first morning in the apartment. I had to call a outside plumber after-hours, after four tries by the property's guy, and that's what eventually fixed it for good. My front door's hinge broke, preventing me from leaving the apartment, and I was told that it WASN'T an emergency, maintenance would be there in 2 days! My parking spot was always covered in water from leaky pipes. There were a half-dozen cars broken into in the gate
