Review
While University Oaks looks nice on the outside (and inside), it is a headache waiting to happen. The apartments are WAY overpriced, especially for the service you get, and the prices are just going up. For a 1 bedroom, the cost is 779 a month. Tack on 15 a month for outdoor parking, 30 a month (if you have a pet) however much your mandatory pet insurance is, 300 pet deposit, 100 regular deposit, 200 administration fee and whatever your electric bill comes out to. Maintenance often does not fix things AT ALL, and they leave snide comments on
