Unprofessional. Disorganized. Flaky. Pushy. My husband and I went to her to handle a family legal matter. After giving her a $500 deposit and spending multiple hours in her office listening to her scream at her staff (and us) and lie to other customers (and us again, apparently), we walked away with incomplete and completely incorrect paperwork.
