This travel agent tried to rip me off for extra money, we had no other agreements for me to pay her extra. she was rude and unwilling to take care of me, although i paid her alot of money....she is a hungry hungry hipo when it comes to money and will fight you for a 1.00, and turn around and play child like games and name calling...i have heard other customers/friends say that she is a user and has done the same to them as well....any way this is my expirance with Diana at Ariana Travel....hope yours is not as shitty as mine.
