Do NOT use this company! They are claiming that I did not return all materials. I have PROOF from the USPS of the weight of the materials I returned. This weight matches what my order was. Yet, they are still claiming that 3 of the 4 items did not get returned. They admit that the weight stamped on the package is accurate for 4 testing booklets, but that they only received one. They also admit that the packaging was NOT damaged or opened. Yet, they REFUSE to admit that perhaps a mistake on their part was made and that they misplaced my materials. They want to charge
