after the geek squad quoted us a couple hundred dollars to repair our computer they talked us into a new one instead. a few months later our daughter told us about these guys bits and bytes and said they would be much cheaper. so we called them, got a quote and had them fix the old one. the old one now runs faster than this new one we bought ! and we got it fixed at a fraction of the cost. I wish we would have found them first. I definately recommend bits and bytes in Northumberland.
