They may know what they are doing in some aspects of IT. But when it comes to computer sales, they drop the ball-BIG TIME! I purchased what I thought (& my invoice said) was one model of laptop. After they charged me to fix what was broken when the handed me my (allegedly) new laptop-I had to send it to the manufacturer FOUR more times-come to find out it was an entirely different and DISCONTINUED MODEL!
