I've always had trouble being motivated to do any kind of exercise. When I started Ilovekickboxing at Bayside I automatically felt high energy and motivation from the atmosphere of the facility as well as the amazing staff. The classes are intense but are "at your own pace" as to allow you to get the most out of the class without over exerting yourself. What I love most about Ilovekickboxing is that the routines are never the same so it's always interesting. I leave every class feeling accomplished.
