I was very happy with this company. Before my trip, the owner out to my house to meet with me and to see my cats. I was able to give her precise care instructions and show her around. I was glad she did this because it gave me more peace of mind that she would know what to do while I was away now that she was familiar with the cats and the house. While I was gone, I told her I wanted email updates when she had the time and she ended up emailing me daily with how my cats were doing. I thought that was awesome.
