I was told I had two prepaids left and my daughter had three prepaids left. I used mine up and when my daughter was in for what we thought was her last massage, they told she had one prepaid left that needed to be used in the next four days so we scheduled my daughter another massage. She went in for the massage she was told her prepaids were used and we would owe for the massage. We opted out and was told we would be charged a cancellation fee. I told them NOT to charge my card and they did anyway. They hide behind their contract that you agreed to cancellation fees
